Drop in Session - Dalmeny Road
Drop-in session by the traffic filter on Dalmeny Road
Council officers will be at this space between 3pm-4pm on Wednesday 30 April - come and talk to them if you would like to give feedback or ask questions about the project in person
Greening improvements information:
Islington Council, with support from Tufnell Park Ward councillors, is looking to make improvements to the street environment and public spaces at some locations in the Tufnell Park area.
By introducing more greening including planting and trees, and other improvements such as additional public seating and informal play features for children, they aim to create pleasant places for people to stop, rest and spend time in, that are fun and interesting for children and help reduce climate impacts and support biodiversity.
They want to hear from local people about how you use these spaces and to hear your ideas about what you would like to see there.
Use the following links (or see the "More Information about our proposed projects" section) to find out more about where we want to make these improvements and how you can tell us your views and ideas, including in-person drop-ins at the sites at specific times.
Improvements to existing public spaces/seating areas:
By the junction of Tufnell Park Road and Carleton Road
Cardwell Terrace (outside shop)
By the junction of Hilldrop Road and Hilldrop Crescent
Improvements to existing traffic filters to create "pocket parks":
Huddleston Road
Dalmeny Road
