Composting Workshops, coming soon!

Join upcoming composting workshops at the Community Plant Nursery

Throughout June and July we are offering two series of workshops to learn all about composting, from Hugelkultur to wormeries.

Join either the Tuesday or Saturday cohort and get a great introduction to the Octopus Community Compost Hub, how you can compost at home or in your local community, and the benefit to the food system.

Each workshop series includes:

An introduction to composting: a site tour, composting basics and an introduction to different composting methods

Composting in the garden: using compost, Hugelkultur and closed loop systems

Composting at home: Bokashi composting and wormeries.

Join the workshops either on Tuesdays 16th, 23rd and 30th June from 12 - 2pm, or on Saturdays 20th and 27th June, and 4th July from 1 -3pm.
